our winemaster shows rich straw colour and smooth fruit flavour.

Gewürztraminer
A distinctive wine with a fragrant floral bouquet
and flavours of peach, apricot, pear and spice. The finish
is soft and delicate. Pairs well with spicy foods and Asian
dishes.
Chamblaise
A fresh, crisp dry wine featuring the Chardonnay
grape. Delicate floral notes on the nose with fresh, crisp
apply flavours. Guests will enjoy this wine served with stuffed
chicken or pork roasts.
Chardonnay / Sémillon
This uniuqe blend is straw to pale gold in colour
with a smooth and dry lingering finish. Serve with chicken
stir-fry for a festive treat.

as a cream cheese based crab dip.
