We collect your name, address and phone number in order to:

	document ownership of pails and carboys in our fermentation room
	contact customers regarding their wine in our fermentation room
	assist customers in future wine making selections through maintaining a list of wines made and requiring minimal repeat information (i.e. name, address and phone number already on file)

We retain will retain your name, address, phone number and purchase information for up to seven (7) years in order to support our financial statements. This information may be made available to:

	government officers including tax and licensing inspectors
	Wine Villa Estates Inc.

We do not buy or sell customers lists or retain payment account information (e.g. your credit card number - Visa etc.) in conjunction with customer information.
